Removing Center Caps
Going lapping at Thunderhill…what is the best way to remove the center caps without scratching the chrome?

I use my finger tips, yeah I know I've got small fingers. If that don't work use something nonmetalic. Like wood or plastic. You might try the cap off of a bic pen, the part that fits over your pocket. Gary :thumbs:

I use a 4-inch piece of metal coat hanger. Bend about 1/4-inch to a 90-degree angle. Bend other end to form a handle. Cover short end with electrical tape, RTV, or shrinkwrap.
