I put them on my Grand Am after the factory replaced the warping factory rotors 3 times. They stop very well, but they are somewhat noisy and will wear the pads down faster than normal. They did not warp, unlike the factory ones. I liked it for the GA, but not sure if I would put them on the vette.

I have them for over 60K miles no problems and they don't wear the pads any faster than anything else. Noise is created by the pad not the rotor. I have hawk HPS pads.

I'm somewhat biased (we sell lots of Powerslot) but I have used them on the street and on the track under heavy use and they seem to be much better quality than most of the OEM rotors I have used that seem to go away quickly. I'm still using the same set of rear rotors since last track season and they look great.

I've used them with the Hawk HPS pads on my Z06 ... very pleased with the performance. Pads produce a fair amount of dust, and I think the slots act like a cheese grater on the pads, wearing them faster than a stock flat rotor, but overall I have no complaints about this combination.

I'm switching back to the OEM rotors, though, but only because I run the car on road courses and the cost of replacing the Powerslot rotors is becoming an issue in the family budget.

Enjoy, you've made a good choice.

Steve

The Powerslots are awesome. Noticable difference over the OEM rotors for me. Do seem to get more brake dust with them, but it's worth it. I bought mine from c5store.com for $400 for the set. Almost 1/2 the price of Eradispeeds, don't look quite as cool, but stop just as well, and won't crack.

I had warped front rotors and replaced all four with the Powerslots.
Most of the drilled rotors are not stress relieved prior to machining and the holes will crack.
I bought some "performance pads" from NAPA made in Canada.
They look metallic, I don't know what they are.
At first the set up was a little sticky at the end of a stop. This condition has now gone away.
The pad rotor combo works great, 100% improvement over stock.
I'm not real **** about my car and don't pay much attention to brake dust.
There seemed to be a little dust at first but not much now.
The zink plating looks nice on the rotors and seems to stay very clean.
