Default Throwing Code P0332 (H), but actually intermittently. Help please?

The code means: Knock Sensor Circuit KS (Rear)-B. When I trace this code in the service manual, all it seems to address is that something is apparently wrong with the knock sensor itself. Is that all this means, or does it also indicate a possible knock condition? Note that I installed a Halltech Hybrid TRAP and Borla Stingers recently; could either or both of these be causing a knock condition due to too much air, etc.? If P0332 relates only to a knock sensor problem, what code will be thrown to indicate an actual knock problem? Thanks in advance for all and any advice...this is over my head.

There is a Service Bulletin 02-06-04-023, dated 05/01/02 which calls out DTC Code P0332 on 1998 to 2002 Corvettes. The SB calls out for the replacement of the rear knock sensor. You will need to get with your Dealer.

Do you wash your engine, I know some people have done this and the water gets into the cavity where the sensor is mounted causing damage and the service bulletin says to replace the sensor(s) and build a dam with RTV around the opening in order to keep out water.
