Default Rocking seat help

I am looking for suggestions/information from the ones who have performed the fix and had the problem I'm having;

I used the 7/16 locking washer as one of the other members did to fill the gap. I did one rail at a time so as not to get the parts mixed up. I know that I got the first side threaded rod back into the block as it was before because I marked it before removal. The second one I had problems because i marked and started romoval in the wrong direction running over my mark with the threaded block.

Once assembled it would not fit the floor board bolt pattern. track holes were not square. I took the track that I was not sure of apart and matched it to the other. It then fit back into the car bolt pattern. However the seat moves forward as it should but does not move backwards nearly as much as it did prior to me performing the damn fix. I can barely get in the car and I'm only 5'10". By the way, it is solid now, no 1/4" rocking. I have removed the seat and will work on it when I'm off work again (Wed). Also. I lost two of the nylon bearings, so I put two on each front side as well as the back instead of three. Anyone have spare bearings?

I know someone else has had this same problem, so come on and fess up. Give me your secret to correcting it. Or, will you make me keep putting it together and taking it apart until I get it?
