question on a RESISTOR for f45 delete
i installed 04 z06 shocks in place of my f45 now i have that reduced mode on my DIC i bought some resistors but i wasnt sure wut wattage so i got some 5watt 15 ohm resistors
did i get the right ones ???? :confused:
some1 please advise b4 i waste 1 hour of my time putting them in

Here is the trade off, install the resistors and if you get it right, everytime you start your car you will have to clear the codes that the shocks will set. Or you can buy the LAPD units for $200 and not reset codes... or you can get someone with a Tech II (Friend, Dealer) to turn off the feature on your car with NO CODES TO RESET EACH TIME YOU GET INTO YOUR CAR, and no $200 plugin's

THANKS vettesder I DIDNT KNOW THAT IF I DO THE RESISTOR TRICK I STILL HAVE TO CLEAR THE dic EVERYTIME ILL JUST TURN IT OFF AT THE DEALER

I brought the directions on how to do it with a tech2 to my friendly dealer with a 20 and had him disable the F45. It worked great! Do a search on the forum for it. Sorry I don't have it handy.
