Probably not at all. The air leaving the rear edge of the car doesn't try to flow tightly in behind the car. In fact there is a fairly low pressure area there. Watch the water mist behind a C5 in the rain. It takes a few car lengths before it gets back together behind the car. Air is much less dense so it goes even farther.
