Us superstoker guys (like me ;)) are dying to find out what times the Superstroker guys were running (409 cubes and bigger) naturally aspirated class of course
We drove ours 450+ miles on DRs..........raced it at a weight of 3680# :D
After 25 runs this weekend, best was today at a 11.06@121 w/1.53 60' banging the rev limiter about 150' from the stripe!
Driving back today running 80,85,90...........19.67mpg
I had just a little fun and am happy with this street car :yesnod:
Our local track will be openning in a few weeks........10's here I come on BFGs.

  Very Nice Indeed on drag radials and no et streets. Did you and VSTELLA get it on as that would have been a decent match up as he runs right around those times down in FLA fairly consistently!!!!

Right now I am running 4.10's. I even rebuilt the rear in my own garage, with no special tools, just a little help from my neighbor (many here say it can't be done).

Congrats on the runs. I think we race one and I got out on you but you ran me down mid track and easily pulled away. I ran from 11.37 to 11.44 I think it was.

Pretty fast for a red car. I would never work on my own car like that, I like to pay full retail for all my mods.

Very nice! Consistant as an A4! Now that is some good driving!
Congratulations!
:iagree: :smash: :smash:

Thanks. I want to bring her out to Hallsville sometime soon, but so far the event dates haven't worked out for me.
Too bad, as they have a good reputation for keeping the track sticky.

I signed up to run extra cube NA. I am running a 383.

I made four passes today weighing in @ 3405#:

1. 10.97 @ 126 1.61 60'
2. 10.89 @ 126 1.54 60'
3. 10.86 @ 126 1.53 60'
4. 10.86 @ 126 1.53 60'
 Very impressive #'s and very consistent, too. :yesnod:

I sure would like to meet up & chew the fat with you sometime. I'm in Austin all the time. I live in Buda which is about 15 miles south of Austin.

I would really like to. I was soooooo tempted to spray it there in SC to see if I could get it in the 9's.

My car is actually still in Lubbock. TSP actually trailered my car to SC. So, I am prodding them to try to make it to the event this Sat.

I called Jason on Friday to thank you guys for taking my car to SC. He said he doubted if you guys would be ready for Hallsville on Mar 6. Maybe a little overtime this week (it's not like you aren't used to it). :jester

FYI, these guys swapped diffs in their trailer in SC Sat. night.

How late did you guys work on it? 3am?

I was thinking of taking Trevor's SS instead of the C5 since we will be needing to test out a new combo in the SS. I'll talk to him tomorrow about it. I think we left the track at 3am when we did the gear swap, which is about normal time for me. Last night I arrived home at 5am from working on another car! So yes I'm used to working very late hours. :)
