I have hear this is a common thing, but not sure. The knocking lasts a few minutes as the engine is warming up. It also seems to be coming from the right side. Once it is warmed up, sound is gone and it runs great.

Any insight? Suggestions?

Piston Slap. Try a couple bottles of Techtron or some other good fuel line and carbon deposit cleaner. For some, cleaning out the carbon deposites has stopped the knocking.
