Default Front pads for the track... Carbotech XP-8 or Hawk Blue or PFC 01??

I'm going to get a few sets of front brake pads, one for the street and one for HPDE's. I plan on keeping my stock rear brakes for now as theyr'e just fine. Whick pad should I get? Any pros/cons to each? I know the PFC-01's are available from autozone and have a life-time guarantee. LAPD has a great price on Hawk's and PFYC has a great price on Carbotechs.
Thanks,
Brian

I just bought the xp-8. Figured I wouldnt make enough heat to justify the xp9 as a relative beginner. I just wish PFYC carried better brake fluid.

XP-8 worked great for me. Much better than the Hawk pads, however I have never tried the PFC pads.

Are you changing out your pads at for events?

Tirerack has good prices on hawk pads and greenstuff.

If you are going with track only pads DO NOT get the Hawk or greenstuff. Both suck big time for track only duty in my opinion. My Carbotech pads with cryo'd stock rotors lasted me a full season of roadracing which included 8+ events. Hawk pads barely lasted one full day of abuse
