Default 2003 Wheel Sensor Torque Question

I understand the wheel sensors should be torqued to 35 in/lbs. I don't have a torque wrench that uses inch pounds. Is there a way I can do this without a torque wrench and get it close? I hate to have to spend the bucks for an inch/pound torque wrench just for this one time use.

I thought they were 110 inch pounds? At least that's what the shop said when they swapped my sensors to my new chrome Z06 wheels.
