Anyone out there have the Corsa Titanium exhaust AND long tube headers that fit? I love the exhaust for weight reduction, performance, sound, and lack of resonance. But it was costly. Long tubes don't seem to fit the system, at least not with any type of cats. Or is anyone at least having this same problem? :(
As far as I know, you can't use LT's with the Corsa Titanium. The pipes don't match up right. I don't know of anybody that has made that combo work. FWIW I remember seeing someone had made a set of titanium LT's that were like 67lbs lighter than the stock exhaust and they weren't THAT pricey. Unfortunately, I don't remember who made them. Thought they were made by Haltech, but I was just at their site and came up empty, Maybe someone will know.
:lurk:
Thanks for the feedback. Are you guys using some sort of high flow cats? There would be plenty of room if I left them off, but I want to use them. Random Techs wouldn't fit.
I plan on doing this eventually also. Lou at LG claims it can work, but will need some fabrication. I happened to think it will be a bit easier once they release their headers with the removable cats. You'll have to ditch their x-pipe for sure. I suggest giving him a call and he can point you in the right direction.

I just installed TPIS's with stock cats and Corsa Ti Race exhaust. It took some modifying to get it to fit correctly. Basically, I had to remove the Corsa Hpipe since the TPIS hpipe was already welded to the intermediate pipe I used. Then, I had to use (2) 6" pipes with bungs welded into them for the secondary o2's. It still doesnt line up perfect, but I know I can adjust it to be pretty close to how it should be.
