Problem with clutch slave/master line connection
Anyone have a trick on how to pop the connection together for the throw out bearing line together? Just did the clutch and went with a Z06 throwout bearing (not sure if that's any different?). I got the original one off no problem, but now I'm having a heck of a time trying to get the new one to pop together!! Not much room in there with the FLP's....
One other question, I'm sure there's a post somewhere but can I bleed the throwout bearing once it's hooked up without it being on the shaft? Just seems like it's gonna be a PAIN to get at that bleeder once I put the tube back up to the bell housing! THANKS for any info  - Dan

Re: Problem with clutch slave/master line connection (pdd000)
Well, I got mine disconnected, and I got a new slave, but the master is still the same. The car's a 2000 and this is a Z06 slave, so maybe they don't work together! That would just figure! Oh well, guess I'll call the dealer in the morning and see what they have to tell me about part #'s and compatibility.

Re: Problem with clutch slave/master line connection (Flyin'Brian)
Thanks Brian, I sure hope you're right. Would rather not replace the master right now if it's not needed! Got way too many other things to buy (like an ATI :D ) Thanks again everyone with posts
