Used X-pipe question
I bought a used Corsa x-pipe from a forum member here. Unfortunately, the sale did not include any of the hardware. I proceeded to call Corsa to see if I could purchase the parts and to my astonishment, they want to charge me approximately $60 plus shipping. Are there alternatives to where I can purchase these parts for less money? I mean, for $60, I may as well have bought a new x-pipe. I guess I'll never learn to not purchase used parts because this is the second time it's gotten me in a dilemma like this.

What parts are you missing? If it's just band clamps, heck, you should be able to find some decent clamps at any muffler shop.

According to their installation instructions, the folllowing parts are included with the x-pipe:
(2) TORCA band clamps,
(2) Flange gaskets,
(4) 3/8" - 16 x 1-1/4" stainless bolts,
(4) 3/8" - 16 serrated flange nuts,
(1) Pkg. Anti-seize lubricant.
$60 for this? There has to be a cheaper way. :crazy:

I agree with the previous....... Muffler shop will have everything for cheap!!!! Don't feel bad about not getting the stuff.... I bought a BRAND NEW borla stinger exhaust and magnaflow x-pipe, and I did NOT get any gaskets, clamps, etc.. I just got the pipes and nothing else.... I was kind of pissed, purchased almost $900 in exhaust items, and they couldn't include under $20 worth of gaskets and clamps... :nonod:
