Running lights??

Running lights??
I went out to start my car up today and it was dead......... I start it every week and let it run for a bit since I cant drive it due to winter. I then went to autozone to get a replacement battery, installed it and now the Daytime running lights dont work. I turn my parking lights on and the lights come on but when the lights are turned off the running lights should still be on and they are not. Any help??

In this picture the orange "parking lights" are on and the white "fog lights" are on, does the parking brake change that? Does the parking brake cause both sets of lights to go out? If it does I must of got out of the car without the brake set to take this picture....... It has been so long I dont remember...
