Broken springs?
I broke some valve springs on my Z06 and am having them replaced. Hoping I didn't do any damage to the valves. Does anyone have any experience with this? If you broke springs, were your valves okay? Is there any way of knowing if a valve is damaged without getting into the heads? Thanks

The real ? is what caused your springs to break. High lift cam, overreving etc?
You can do a leak down on the cylinders to see if you have any valve damage and that does not require taking the heads off.
