Help! Headlights don't work
The headlights on my son in laws 98 conv will not pop up nor will they come on when raised manually. The parkinglights, tail lights, and fog lights all work. When turning the switch, I can hear a click under the hood that sounds like a relay.

Raise the tilt wheel up and down while turning on the light switch. I had this same problem and it turned out that a wire in the wiring harness for the switch was broken where it goes down through the steering column.
Moving the tilt wheel up and down will sometimes re-join the broken wire enough to turn on the headlights.
