It's a short tire, should be no clearance issues. I can't say for sure they wouldn't rub on the inside, that would depend a lot on the wheel offset/backspacing, but people have used this size on 18x10's on the front without problems.
I totally depends on the structure (shape) of the tire. A good example is the stock Good Year runflat that has a wide tread and square shoulders. The same size Firestone runflat has a narrower tread and rounder shoulders so it has greater clearance in the same wheelwell than the Good Year has. Every tire manufacturer has a slightly different shape to their tire and while the specified size on the tire may be the same, the actual outside dimension and shape of the tire may vary. If you are working with very close tolerances, trial and error is the only way to find out which tire fits and which doesn't. :banghead:
