The C4 looks sweet blue. Hell, Since you have that block out why don't you put new forged rods and pistons in it so when the heads and cam aren't enough anymore your all set for the next power adder. You already have done the hardest part.
You could just have a little shop accident, oh I don't know something really heavy and sharp falling in the bores and damaging all the pistons, connecting rods mysteriously bending from a freak magnetic forcefield. MAKE THAT SHORTBLOCK BULLETPROOF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We used a hydralic jack and a 2 by 4 to support the tube.
we have a jack stand under it now ,when the motor goes back in ,the floor jack will go back under it .
