New to C5's. I just bought a 1997 C5 last weekend. During the test drives everything performed great. On my way back to Little Rock from Dallas, the display showed "SERVICE TRACTION CONTROL" and "SERVICE ANTILOCK" or something similar to that. The lights on the dash stayed on after resetting. I checked the codes when I got home and there were about 10 or 12 different ones. The one in particular I would guess tripped the warning was " C1225 LF Excessive Wheel Speed Variation". It tripped again the next day. After shutting the car down and starting back up it cleared both times. Does anyone have suggestions? Should I clear all codes and see what, if anything, comes back? The codes may have never been erased since new. This car is bone stock with 50k miles on it. Are intermittent codes somewhat common on older C5's due to age and use?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Just a guess but there has been some trouble with the jumper that connects with the wheel speed sensor. Pull the LF tire and check the wiring to the sensor which is an intregal of the wheel bearing. The part number for the jumper is 10332527 if you should need to replace it. Again, just a guess, but something is causing incorrect speed reporting.
Definitely clear all the codes and see what is chronic.
