I have a PT2400 on the way, and a brand new GETRAG 3.73 unit on the floor . But can't say how I like since it's not in. But I'm sure i will be :D when I hit it.
The C5 that go fast all seem to like the Yank. ...mackeyred96
:iagree: I've had 2 Pro Torque and the Yank SS3800.. :yesnod: As the HP goes up so does the stall....I'm now installing the Yank PT4000 with a higher shift extension and more bite at the launch..Looking for 1.4X short times...
My car shifts at 6k , is that SS 3600 going to work well at 6k shifting ?
Shift extension is how much the converter drops down after shifting. The SS3600 will drop to 4700-4800 rpms after the car shifts to keep you in the powerband.

I went with the SS3600 and managed to get a defective one. Yank was very unhelpful, refusing to send a replacement before they received the original one. Shop I had install it had to order another, then ship the other back. Yank also claimed to have shipped it when they in fact had not.
