First upgrades to a 98 Cd Vert
I just traded my 00' Hummer H1 (part trade) for a 98 Vette with 19K miles. I do not know much about these cars, apart from that an Eaton supercharged one smoked my old 97 Viper GTS at Sears Point 2 years ago on the 1/4.
The one I now have has an aftermarket exhaust (believed to be a Stinger) and a Lingenfelter carbonfiber intake. I am looking for suggestions for good headers, cams and all other "pure" engine upgrades prior to going for a supercharger. This will be my play car, and I do not want to invest too much (?) immediately, so whatever the best-bang-for-the-buck initial HP gains would be appreciated. I will be joining the RedLineCorvette club in the Ventura County area in the next week, but any early suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
