Default <<<<<<<Need Some Help!!!>>>>>>>

Can anyone tell me how to adjust or fix loose windows my windows are really loose when you open the door and grab the windows at the top. its causeing a air leak at the doors I have already replaced the all the seals. I thought that would do it but no joy. I brought it to the dealer and they adjusted the windows to go up more but that didnt help eather. I think the windows being loose is causing it from the door shuting is pushing the windows out some and causeing not to make a goos seal. Thanks for any help with this problem guys/girls. :chevy

Have you adjusted the retaining tab at the top? That tab can be bent in some to hold the window closer to the seal.

There is an adjustment for in and out at the bottom but it's been years since I have done it. Down by the reflector in the door. It's called tip in adjustment. Go to an good autobody.

Here's a link to a good version of the window tip in adjustment. You don't need the inverted torx socket, a small 6-point or just a pair of pliers will work fine.
