swaping rear ends from 2.73 to 3.15, what seals and o rings should i replace, also need parts numbers. the dealer said the most important one is the o ring between the trans and rear end. thanks 2000 coupe
Consider going to 3:42 or 3:73 if you are going to pull the diff out. Not much more money to find new/slighty used 3:42 and sell off your unit! Just my .02 :D
When you go to get the seals and o-rings, make sure they are the latest. What I found was that the dealer sold old style stock and not the latest part.
I had to have him order the latest part number because I know the seals were updated.
