Just did a head and cam swap on my 99, now everytime the car is started...active handling warming up comes on the CIC and never goes out. Where is the active handling sensor located and do you think this is the problem? No codes show up on autotap through the OBDII port...any ideas or suggestions?
Update: the active handling warming up comes on 20 seconds after the car is moving and stays on. Then at the 15 minutes, I get a service vehicle soon and service active handling on the CIC.
Thanks for the help!

Re: where is the active handling sensor (dtpracing)
Frank,
The yaw rate sensor is behind the ashtray under the air conditioning controls. The lateral acceleration sensor is under the passenger seat. But I don't think these are causing your problem. When you did the cam changeout, you may have disconnected the ABS module and steering position sensors. I would recheck all the connections. Good luck.
Re: where is the active handling sensor (dtpracing)
Steering sensor is at the bottom of the colum right before it goes through the firewall. Be careful not to spind the wheel if you pull the colum out. You will snap the SIR ribbon and then you have another light on in the dash. I have the same problem and have replaced that sensor to no avail. I am putting in a abs/tcs/a/h module this weekend to see if that fixes it.
