Re: Clutch Install Process Write-Up anybody interested??? (Bink)
Corvette Magazine did an excellent write up in the July 2003 issue. Not sure if it is available on line, but for those who subscribe and save those back issues, check it out.

I followed their very excellent article and did mine on jack stands in the garage. It was not TOO bad just time consuming crawling around on your back. The only part I questioned was they had EVERYTHING back together and said "now bleed the clutch". Don't think so. I installed a remote clutch bleeder so all was fine. VERY excellent write-up.

I figured there was a alot of interest...
I am gathering some research and materials, I am probably going to start the week after Easter. I am still trying to get the C5 Shop Manuals for reference.
I probably will do this operation on jack stands since everybody seems to have them, but I am concerned about the slippage with certain types of jack head designs, more on that later.
I have seen some people use 12x12 blocks of wood. Might use them as a saftey backup.
Still trying to decide which clutch to get. I might just get the traditional Z06 clutch....
