97 A4 Torque Management?

97 A4 Torque Management?
I purchased my first Corvette just recently and have spent the last few months doing mods. I would like to put a Transgo shift kit in but have a question on torque management. Does a 97 A4 have torque management? Will I need programming changes in order to get the maximum out of the shift kit? I did do a search and found information on the shift kit but nothing specific to the questions I have above dealing with a 97. Thanks any help or information you can give me would be appreciated. I don't want to do more harm than good! :)

You can remove the tq mgmt, with LS1 Edit. Any reputable tuner can do this for you!
