A Steering Problem ??
have a 2001 Coupe. My steering has a "clicking" and "popping" feel and slight sound when the wheel is turned ever so slightly from left to right or right to left at all speeds including stationary. Is this normal, has anybody experienced this?

My car did that also. My steering rack was removed to pin the damper for the supercharger install. When the rack was put back in, two of the rack bolts weren't tight enough. The steering would pop.
Check all of the bolts that hold the steering rack assembly. :cheers:

Thanks for the advice. I will check it. I have not done any mods so maybe it is just loose. I will let everyone Know once I get to the root of it.
