Interior lights staying on

Interior lights staying on
Hi guys,
Need some help here in the UK!!!!
My footwell & two interior miror lights have stayed permanently lit
since the weekend but i only noticed tonight.
So,
1 The dash lighting seems to be working OK
2 I,ve made sure the dash dimmer is not switched on
3 They stay on even when the motors running.
I,ve pulled fuse 29 to kill them at the moment but this fuse is listed
as diagnostics.
Will leaving this fuse out for a period of time fluff any thing up & has
any one any ideas on this problem.
