Is is better to grind the "nubs" off of the pad surface, or another solution?? I need feedback as I am getting ready to install my new rotors. Thanks! Greg

Yes, you'll need to grind the nubs off the pads to fit them, as well as the soft shim that's glued on the back of the pad.
I think they also recommend a little bit of sealant (silicone rtv) between the pad and cover, but I didn't use anything and have had no noise or sqeak issues.
