Final small mod may make the biggest HP.....(fuel pump)
Well, I have been debating over the last couple of months if we should put a racetronix fuel pump into the vette to support a few more ponies. I finally decided to bite the bullet and get one. Once we get the fuel pump installed I am going to swap out the 100 shot(130rwhp) to 150 shot(180rwhp) in my TNT F1 kit.....this thing is gonna get hairy really quickly. Any tips on installing the fuel pump?

btw, were you having any issues with the 100 shot?
I am making around 500 on motor and want to put a 150 shot on my car and I am trying to figure out if I need a racetronix setup or what not.
yes, you absolutely will need more fuel. Stock system will drop pressure with your setup + 150 shot. Stock system starts dropping pressure at about 550rwhp fuel consumption rates.
Phil; I take it you got the in tank setup, right? well, the install will go just as the instructions tell you. Also, your car is 99 or newer, right? 99 and newer model years have a returnless fuel system. so, you will want to install a fuel return line along with EFI regulator at your fuel rail and runs back to the topside of your driver side fuel cell. So, you will want to drain the driver cell so that you can drop it down to install a feedthrough bung to attach the #6an fuel return line to. A little bit of work, but needed to do it right. The instructions kinda allude to this return line in order to maximize the Racetronix modification full potential.

Couple questions:
What are the typical jet sizes for the TNT shots? Are they just bigger jets or is it a better atomizing nozzle that accounts for the differences?
The Racetronics looks like a lot of work, especialy on a returnless system. What is the GPH on out stock pumps? Seems like a high volume in tank pump could peovide enough fuel.
There is also the Boost-A-Pump route which gives the pump ~17V under boost or spray to meet extra fueling needs.

The Racetronix system is quite easy to install.
The harness will allow addition of a pump booster as a PnP option w/o cutting into the factory wiring and overloading it.
