Fan Speed
I currently have the Vinci fan controller on my '04 coupe. Both fans turn on (low speed) once the temperature of the radiator hits 170F.
What speeds to the fans have? Is it low and high? Or is there a medium fan setting speed?

I had that controller once and it only turned on the low speed fan. The high speed fan is controlled by the PCM. A PCM programmer will eliminate the Vinci unit. I would not run fans that low since they will be on all the time. The optimum temp for the LS1 (verified on the dyno) is 190*.
