A4 Column lock recall kit on 5 speed
Does anyone have the kit number and instructions for installing the GM A4 mod on a 6 speed? I bought a CLB but haven't installed it. I'd rather do the GM mod if possible.
I doubt any dealer would do the isntall, but if they'll sell me the parts or give thjem to me for free due tot he recall (Ha ha) I can do the mod myself.

I agree they probably wouldn't give me the parts. I don't see any technical reason the A4 fix wouldn't work. I'm going to try to see if they'll sell me the parts.
