Default How to identify LS6 heads
I'm having a HC package put in "01 Z06 in the Philadelphia area. My heads are are going to be a core swap for the reworked heads. How can I identify visaully from the outside that the heads going on my car are LS6 and not reworked LS1 heads?

should have the casting number 243 cast into the head (near front of rocker cover)

They also have D-shaped exhaust ports.
