No because the fragile plastic shift cable makes installation almost impossible. If the cable is broken the exhaust and tunnel cover have to be removed to replace the shift cable. Room is scarce due to the torque tube. You can design your own shifter but be careful if you remove the old shifter, lifting the shifter too much will snap the cable.

No rachet shifter, but I have a shift ball. . .combined with the Transgo shift kit and the A4 will shift just like a manual. . .quick and painless.
