TNT wiring problem....

TNT wiring problem....
Its been some time since I used my nitrous. For some reason the system isn't working correctly. Here's what I have:
NX switch panel ->
NX Window switch 3000 | 6900
NX TPS Switch
TNT F1
Here's what I know....
1) The switch panel is getting power at all points
2) The rear bottle warmer works
3) The Window switch has power at its + and -
4) The TPS switch has power and lights under WOT
5) Switching the relays show both work
6) The solenoids can be operated manually
7) The Window switch output is showing a change is circuit @ 3k+
Test light lights when clip is on +
8) The TPS switch output is showing a change is circuit @ WOT
Test light lights when clip is on -
