not as hard as it seems, the back ones are a little snug but if you use a swivel shocket it helps alot,I also remove the air tube hose off the headers, it makes it easier .there is a how to change the plugs on a tech site just do a search :chevy
Go ahead and buy a set of new wires. You will probably break one or more of the stock ones getting them off. I broke two but was changing the wires anyways.
#7 will be your most difficult, you need to remove the air pipe (i had tpis headers and it was in the way, and a little bit of tubing, then use a short extension, long extension, deep socket, and ratchet and you should be able to hook onto it. The other side there is one where you need the short extension and a swivel i believe.
Changed em and POC (piece of Cake) with the right tools... Swivels brotha!
A 1/2 hr job and #7 is easy if you have a swivel... Or a swivel wratchet (sp) or 2 swivels... No sweat!
Heh.
I'm a Professional Technician/ Shop owner. It took me ALL of 45 minutes to change plugs the first time.
It's not easy the first time, but you learn the little tricks, and the next time is much smoother! Just give yourself plenty of time, and be patient. :D
if you have a lift, you can do the back plugs from the bottom. you don't have to take anyting off. use a two foot long screwdriver to reach up and pry off boots. just start with the hard ones first.......

90-minutes. 45-minutes for the first 7, 45-minutes for the drivers rear plug. BTW, Neosporin healed the cuts from that last plug in 1/2 the usual time!
