ZO6 wheels for C5's

ZO6 wheels for C5's
I am looking to buy some OEM ZO6 wheels and put them on my 97 C5. Does anyone know if I can use the C5 sensors on OEM ZO6 wheels. Will my C5 tires work on those ZO6 wheels? Anything else I should be aware of? :confused:

Yes, you can use the sensors. They are a bit of a PITA to get the tire past, but I ran my 98 & 99 sensors in Z06 wheels. Your stock size tires will work, but are a little narrow for Z06 wheels. They will work fine, but the side wall will be drawn inward a little. Scott

I've long been an advocate, for Z06 owners to get the FACTORY AIR SENSORS, and have them installed on their wheels, whether they have factory or aftermarket wheels!
Security and safety while driving is worth the investment, and the longevity of your wheels and tires!

The C5 gen. Corvette, allows the use of the z06 wheels on the C5 models, and we do sell silver and chrome z06 Factory wheels, and F1 tires, etc. However, the z06 has larger wheels/tires than the c5 wheels/tires--so it is advised that you use the appropriate larger sized tires on the z06 wheels!
