Has anyone experienced Squealing from the right rear ( stock tires ), it is NOT consistent usually when I slow down & it comes & goes when not using the brakes. However tonight it was pretty consistant through out my spirited ride.
It sounds as if it is coming from the rear tire upon rotation & I know its not the e-brake cable hitting the wheel weights cause we fixed that already..

Any one know whats up?
Could it be bearings!!
Usually bearigs don't squeal they groan, but just to make sure see if it goes away when you put a side thrust on the bearing. Switch lanes fairly agressively and see if the noise changes pitches.
Make sure the caliper pins aren't dry and dragging the pad.
And, finally make sure the E Brake cable isn't tight.
:iagree: Make sure the pins are lubed, and check to see if the metal tension plates (not sure what the correct name for the parts are) are sitting correctly. Sometimes when they age and lose their spring tension, they tend to droop and rub against the rotor, causing a sqealing sound.
