I'm having stater problems that might be related to a relay in series with the starter solenoid feed. It's called a "theft deterrent relay" and my zillion dollar workshop manual shows everything about it except where to find it. It isn't in either fuse block and I suspect the damn thing is buried under the dash somewhere. Anyone know where it is???

The Theft Deterrent Relay is location is the Right Hand footwell, mounted to the toe board, above the body control module.
The "Master Electrical Component List" towards the front of Section 8 of the Service Manual lists a verbal description of each electrical component's location and a reference page of the Locator View (line drawing) of the component.
In the 2003 Service Manual, the Master Electrical Component List for the Theft Deterrent Relay is on page 8-84, and the view location is on page 8-728.
I've found that even after replacing the relay I am still having the problem and I beleive it is due to a loose ground or additional current draw from my switched accessories.
You will find the relay under the dash outside of the fuse box.
