Dual climate control not working
I have a 98 with dual climate control. If I have the A/C on and my wife puts her controls on warm, it still comes out cold. Is that normal, because I thought that it should at least be a little warmer?

If your side blows hot and your wife's side blows cold, chances are your HVAC actuator on the driver side is either defective or the damper door is stuck. A gentle tap on the ductwork may help the damper door become free. If it doesn't, then the actuator needs replacing.

Maybe mine's not working and I think it is, but lets say I have mine set to 60 degrees, and the wife moves her's all the way hot...should hot air blow out of her's or just cold air that is cold but warmer than mine?

The passenger side control will adjust the temp on that side of the ventilation plumbing as an offset to the driver's temp. That is, if you have the main temp set to 70, the passenger control will offset the 70 either up or down by, I believe, up to 5 degrees for a range of 65 to 75 in this example.
The passenger control is used to move the temperature flow doors to mix the air to be either slightly warmer or colder than the driver's side.
