I'd guess 5-7 rwhp. I doubt you'll get more than this, but it will definitely sound better at idle and wide open throttle with no interior resonance.

My '04 is all stock performance wise except for a Corsa Indy exhaust. I didn't get a baseline dyno, but I dyno'd at 286rwhp and 311rwtq for an A4 with a 2.73. Phil@DTE said that it was approx 11rwhp more than a stock A4 with 2.73, but he didn't mention the tq gain.

Thinking about converting my OEM exhaust and x-pipe to Corsa. what HP and torque gains can I expect with MN6 tranny.

I answered this recently in another thread with almost the same title. I called Corsa Tech Support and they say expect 6 - 8 hp gain over the stock exhaust.

The major benefit is greatly improved exhaust sound - not increased hp or torque.

with the Corsa Indy exhaust without x pipe- 8-12, with x pipe another 8-10. I have it on my 03 with x pipe. Recently traded my 03 for the 04, was going to get the C6 but with no GMS or zero financing at traded to a vert, silver, love the car! Any way driving the 04 with factory exhaust was boring, part of the deal was that I would be able to keep my Corsa exhaust and they would do the change over, it's a huge noticable difference. I preferr the Corsa system over the others, you get a great sound and performance and not a headache from interior sound.
