Every rollbar that anyone maks for a vert is just like that. Padding it is all you can do.

Not entirely true, the wolf bar sits well behind the seat of the coupe.

Big difference in how you place the Coupe bar vs. the Vert bars. Our coupe/Z06 bars are placed farther back that the vert bars.

I'm working on a project to use a wolf bar and make it an SCCA legal double hoop. Check out the picture and tell me what you think. :seeya

Like the pic. Let us know how it turns out. Looks like a coupe though. How about any ideas for a VERT!

I would not want to be in ANY kind of side impact with that bar. It'll bust yer head open like a mellon. Why is it so far forward ?

Thats as far back as it ccan go and still have the top function. You can pad the side bars if you want. I did that on my car. :seeya

See your mistake yet ;)

It's quite clear the vert has less room for the bar than the coupe.

As soon as I can get a volunteer to let me do some measurements and pix of specific angles iI will put something together. I know if I can picture it I can build it. I still like the reinforced double hoop for the vert. Can you see out of your rear view mirror with the vert bar ?
