I am thinking on goin with the X-3 cam. the question is that will this cam be ok with stock head and the nitrous. Also will I need to (fly cut???) the heads for this cam?

Yes and yes. The G5X-3/114 we run with the stock heads and it just slides right in, no need to flycut the pistons. It also works great on nitrous!

Lou made mention that they are experimenting with installing an X3 112lsa cam into a stock motor (unmilled heads, stock thickness gaskets) to see if will clear without flycutting pistons. I hope so. I have several customer's wishing for a cam only install and tune into their stock motors. May have to go 113 or 114lsa. Any of these cams will work awesome with nitrous.
