Default F45 / Brake Ducts

I've just had the suspension redone on my '98 C5 coupe. Most of the F45 suspension option has been replaced (Z06 springs, Bilsitne Sports, Z-51 sway bars, Z06 end links), but when I opened up the brake ducts to install screens I found some electronics as well. Once I find a dealer that has enough of a clue to follow the instructions at http://www.stopforce.com/RPO.html to toggle off the F45 RPO, can I (Should I) safely remove the "shock control"(?) module, and does anyone have a step-by-step idiot guide?

BTW - Does anyone know someone in the greater Sacramento area that has a TECH2 and could toggle off the option?

Thanks!

I was never able to find anyone that could "toggle it off", so I went the resistor route. Leave the "module" on and remove shocks, chop off the connector on the shocks and solder 15 ohm, 10 watt resistors across the connectors, silicone seal, shink fit, plug in, tie wrap so weight of the resistor isn't swinging around. start engine about 10 times and it works-no code!
Good luck,
Roy
