Factory Stock. Proportionately speaking, I wonder how many of those are here. This is the Corvette Modding Capital of the World, the Tech/Performance area of the forum.
From what I have seen, people who take the time to actually go to the track to run their cars and see what they will do, are not the type of people to remain stock.
People who drive stock C5 Vettes, typically don't go to the track either.
Ok not quite stock, 13.36 at 107mph running against my daughter in a modded FRC at 13.38 111mph. Put on the Magnaflow & x-pipe the day before. It still had OEM runflats. She had run into the low 13's before I got there! Think I stole one.
This was my third and last trip to the drags. Now, lap times at Sears Point and Thunderhill are comming down nicely.

Well a few years back with my 97 Coupe (cat back exhaust only...not really a huge performance mod). I ran 12.9 at 110mph on stock "Run Craps". Hope that helps some. But my car dyno'd higher than any other stock C5 that I had seen....312/332 rwhp/rwtq at that time.
Oh just read your profile...glad to see you didn't get your name from a video game....IM me...I am wondering who you are training under. I have a lot of Bujinkan contact in Japan as well as here in the States and UK.
Sweet! If a stock coupe is running around 12.9 then mine has to be in the mid 12's at least. I've never drag raced my car at the strip or had it on a dyno but I have most of the bolt ons and I've raced the new Mustang Cobra with the supercharger and beat it. The new Mustang Cobra with the Supercharger runs 12's stock from what I've heard. I thought I heard all C5's except the Z06 ran 13's stock but thats probley the automatics.
