If it's still under warranty, let them worry about it, otherwise, try tightening the bolts surrounding the seal. Noticed a leak in mine during the last oil change at the dealer and the mechanic tightened all the bolts and it seems to have cured the problem.
Had the leak, got it fixed under extended warranty. They forgot to add the limited slip additive! Several others have had this problem as well. I suggest that you double check the paperwork, and ensure that it was added and listed on the bill. Do not let them try and tell you it is not required, with the GM fluid, it is mandatory. :smash:
I have the same leak problem (albeit very slow leak...) on my 2004 and will have it fixed under warranty. GM should have corrected this common problem over the 7 years the C5 was produced! :mad

This was a problem from the beginning, but GM continued to accept poor cases from the supplier, rather than slow production. It could just be some blow-by from the vent. Clean it up and keep an eye out for a repeat. Good luck. :)
