Default Headers Questions (Novice)>>>

Ok Here are my questions:

1: Do Headers Void Warranty?

2: I have Route 66 B&B...Should I get just headers, or a whole setup back to the Mufflers?

3: How much louder will it be?

4: How difficult are headers to install? What is involved (a link maybe?)

5: Is there ever any problems with throwing codes etc...?

Thanks
BTW: Any suggestions for type of headers and where to get them?

NO

Up to you...do you like the current sound??

3: How much louder will it be?

Not much

4: How difficult are headers to install? What is involved (a link maybe?)

Depends on brand...some require welding...FLP's for example are bolt on..but cost more than MOST other types that require welding

5: Is there ever any problems with throwing codes etc..

No....not sure about the deal with LG's and O2 sensors etc....

And not that you ask but you will hear all kinds of different opinions on HP gains etc. also invest extra $$ for headers that are coated vs not

2 people can do an install in your garage provided you can get the car high enough and you have access to necessary tools

Thanks...it is not quite loud enough for me. My WS6 stock was louder than the Route 66. I did not go with the PRT because I was worried about them being too loud after headers. I think headers and Route66 will fit the bill.

I have heard the PRT's and I think they give the Stingers and GHL's a run for the money in the "Loud" dept.
