hey guys just got my STOCK 01' M6 dyno'd. its an extremely hot day, and the tuner said the car was pulling a few degrees of timing due to the heat.
i ended up with 300rwhp and 322tq. i guess im pretty happy with the results. the tuner said if i was to throw a 160 therm. and have him dyno tune the car he could probably get about 310-315rwhp.
so what do you guys think?? what have you guys dyno'd stock?? just looking to see where i stand. intake and exhaust will be on in a week, and headers will be on in a few months. would like to be around 330-340rwhp with headers.
My 99 M6 dyno'd at 318 rwhp and 327 torque last summer at Corvettes at Carlisle. These numbers were with a Blackwing and Corsa Pacecar exhaust with x-pipe. The air/fuel ratio was about 11.5 to 1, which is a little to rich for max horsepower. I never had it dyno'd when it was completely stock, but suspect my numbers would have been similiar to yours. Sounds like your car is right on the money horsepower wise. I think with the intake , exhaust and headers, 340 rwhp or more with tuning is realistic. Good luck and enjoy the ride.
Those numbers sound about right. I didn't dyno bone stock, but dynoed it with the Blackwing and Powerduct and put down 314 hp and 330 ft-lb at the wheels. With intake, exhaust, headers, and tuning, I think you get as high as 350 rwhp. Good luck and happy modding. :)
My car dynoed 316 rwhp and 332 rwtq with vortex and stingers. Never did a 100% stock dyno. With intake, exhaust, and headers I think you should be in the 325-335rwhp range. Good luck and keep us posted
