The bad news is this diagnostic code starts on page 6-666 of the service manual :reddevil
There are a little over 4 pages of check outs for this code but what it boils down to is the airpump comes on for 1 minute after the engine is started, the PCM detects this airlflow by monitoring the O2 sensors and short term fuel trim. If the PCM detects that the O2 sensor and short term fuel trim did not respond as expected on both banks, DTC P0410 sets.
Did you have any other fault codes?
this may possibly be one of the check valves on the airtubes going into the exhaust manifold, the bank 1 check valve is next to the left exhaust manifold and can be removed for cleaning in a matter of minutes and the check valve for bank 2 is behind the intake manifold, the intake will have to be removed to clean this check valve out.
I'm not 100% sure the check valve is causing your DTC but I know these things get corroded on the inside and stop working, but they can be cleaned out.
