PCM Code P0654 Engine Speed Output Circuit
I just got my car back from the body shop after being there for 9 weeks cause some young girl thought it would be a good idea to run into the side of my car. Well 12k later my car is back but the engine has been cutting out around 5500rpm. I pulled the codes and found this, P0654 Engine Speed Output Circuit. Now Im not entirely sure what it means but it sounds like the car was either over reved or hit into the limiter. At leasts thats what I make of it. I just hope this body shop guy didnt end up doing damage to my engine. BTW nothing mechanical was damaged in the accident to my knowledge so the car should have run just as before.
